If you do, the purchased content automatically downloads into your installed game. Right-click "Spore" and select "Install Game" to open up a new box if you don't have the game installed. Switch to the Library tab if this doesn't come up by default, clicking "Games" from the drop-down menu that appears. Open the Steam client and log in to your account.
